What types of labels do we do?

Custom labels are our specialty. We can produce custom die-cut labels up to 10"x20" on a wide variety of substrates, with up to 8 colors printed in one pass. Embossing, hot foil stamping and UV coatings are all done in-house for maximum quality control.
Foil stamping and embossing adds an unmatched level of elegance and sophistication to your labels. Austin Label does both of these processes in house and in sync with the rest of the printing process, ensuring maximum quality and impact for your project.
Austin Label Company can provide sequentially numbered labels for any need. From simple numbered ordering to client generated serial numbers for products, we can do it all.
We offer a full range of substrates, inks and coatings suitable for use on chemicals, paints and other sensitive applications that require compliance with governmental regulations.
Austin Label provides a wide variety of both paper and synthetic face materials, multiple adhesives and custom shaped shells, circles ovals and rectangles. For our bakery and meat clients we offer top coated and non-top coated direct thermal labels.

Frequently Asked Questions!

    How long do our label jobs take to fully complete?

  • First time orders run 3-4 weeks due to more preparation, reorders with pre-existing customers usually run 5-10 days.

    What information must be provided to receive a quote?

  • For multiple version label jobs we will need the number of versions desired along with the quantities for each label version. In conjunction, the size of the label, label material type, and permanent or removeable adhesive.

    What credit cards do we accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

    Is shipping included and how much does is cost?

  • The shipping cost is not included in your quote price. The price of shipping is dependent upon on the weight and the size of the box containing the labels.

Graphic FIle Guidelines

  1. With the file open, Choose File > Package
  2. Click Package
  3. Make sure Copy Links, Copy Fonts, and Create Report are checked
  4. Choose a destination for your packaged project from the Package dialog box, then click Package in the lower right corner

  1. It is NOT recommended to design entire labels in Photoshop as it is a photo editing program not built for design purposes. Photos should be kept in Photoshop and files with any and all text should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign. If Photoshop is your only option, follow the below steps.
  2. Make sure your file is at a minimum of 300 dpi at final size
  3. Keep all layers intact – do not flatten or merge layers prior to file delivery
  4. Include ALL font files and any files you placed into Photoshop
  5. Using any compression utility, compress the parent folder into a .zip file and upload it to DropBox
